The Coast Guard is undergoing updates to the CG-IMH. Vast ICS expertise resides throughout our workforce and partner agencies, as well as the private sector and non-governmental organizations we work with to respond to maritime incidents, disasters, and national emergencies. To fully leverage that expertise, COMDT (CG-OEM) has developed a survey tool which will allow the Coast Guard workforce and our partners to provide input and recommendations that will inform our update. The foreign Language IMH translated from the 2006 version of the IMH is available in Portuguese.

The foreign Language IMH's are translated from the 2001 version of the IMH for the following languages: Russian, French, Norweigian, and Arabic. These are available to download from supporting documents.
