What's new:

• Standard Operating Guides (SOGs) - Help personnel in ICS leadership positions set expectations for personnel working below them.
• Revised T-Card Job Aid (Nov 2015) - Job Aid for completing FEMA T-Cards.  This same job aid can be found within the Resources Unit Leader (RESL) Job Aid. Typographical errors fixed from March 2015 version, updated location on 219-5 (white, personnel) to include order number at top of card.
• New Meeting Layouts - The Layouts add the ISC position. The 2015 update to the Job Aids also reflect the new layouts.
• New Meeting Agendas - The agendas match the new IMH agendas.

• Incident Commander - White
• Safety Officer - White
• Liaison Officer - White
• Public Information Officer - White
• Operations Section - Red
• Planning Section - Dark Blue
• Logistics Section - Orange
• Finance Section - Green
• Investigation/Intelligence Section - Tan
• Technical Specialist - Yellow

All positions under each position listed above wear that same color vest (e.g. all logistics section personnel wear the orange vest and Assistant Public Information Officers wear white vests).  
Sources for vests:  There are numerous vest sources - as long as the position title is either on the vest  (permanently labeled) or can be put on the vest (card with position title). For exact color (e.g. what is "dark blue"?), see attached meeting layouts which shows the colors by position.
