                                  OPEN WITH RESTRICTIONSOPEN WITH RESTRICTIONS
                                  Bar Pilot Restrictions: No vessel with a draft more than 38' shall enter SWP except between 6 hours before to 3 hours after high tide at SWP. Nohting in this rule shall prohibit or restrict an individula pilot from exercising their professional judgement. 05/19/2017

                                  NOBRA Pilot Restrictions: Mooring and unmooring operations at all mid-stream transfer facilities daylight hours only. Daylight only for all southbound vessels from MM 233.0 AHP down to MM 90.5 AHP. Daylight only for ALL vessels from MM 232.2 AHP down to MM 160.0 AHP. Vessels anchoring in NOBRA’s area of responsibility with a draft of 30 feet or greater must maintain a pilot on board while at anchor to insure safety of the vessel.                                   OPEN WITH RESTRICTIONSOPEN WITH RESTRICTIONS
                                  Federal Pilot Restrictions: No head down landings, all mooring ops with line boat daylight hours only. Any inbound vsls with fresh water draft of 38' or greater shall enter SWP 6 hrs before high tide to 3 hrs after high tide. Towing astern of loaded ocean-going barges inbound/outbound SWP shall cease until river reaches 12' and falling. Any ocean going vessel that cannot average 3kts shall employ the use of an assist tug.
